Interesting facts: Filmed at World Financial Center in New York City 5 days before 1993 bombing of World Trade Center, an overpass away; strangely similar to shopping mall scene in movie "Minority Report"; strangely similar to movie "The Terminal"; title strangely similar to "Mallrats", which was produced by first person who told me of college I attended (CalArts), Spielberg friend (and former Geffen Films President) Sean Daniel.
